Soccer 5vs5 Spring 2025

Registration may be completed and paid online. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please print the registration confirmation email and bring it to one of the sports programs in-person registration events or enclose it with your payment in a sealed envelope with the name of sports program printed on the outside of the envelope and place it in the drop box located outside the entrance of the Cooper City Optimist clubhouse located at 10500 Stirling Road, Cooper City, FL 33026. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been posted to the registration.

A $1.75 Service Fee and 2.9% Processing Fee will be added to all registration orders completed and paid for online. Service Fees and Processing Fees are not refundable.

Due to City of Cooper City residency ratio requirements, all divisions will have the following non-residency priority;

Level 1: All Cooper City Residents will be accepted

Level 2: Returning Non-Cooper City Resident Head Coaches & Paired Assistant Coaches

Level 3: New Non-Cooper City Resident Head Coaches (as necessary)

Level 4: Non-Cooper City Resident returning players

Level 5: All other Non-Resident Players

**The city of Cooper City requires a $65 mandatory non-resident fee to be collected for registrations of any participant who does not reside in Cooper City.

If the participant is a Cooper City resident the city field in the parent's and participant’s home address must be "Cooper City". If you enter another city in the city field the system will automatically add the $65 mandatory non-resident fee to the registration. Cooper City residents are required to upload a copy of the Cooper City water bill for verification purposes.
