Softball Recreational - 2026 Spring

Registration for our Woman's Fastpitch is as follows:

Registration will be a 2 step process:

Once signed up, you will be sent a city payment link to pay for the league.

SOFTBALL INFO:

18+ League : Anyone over 18 and over can play!
48 player max : 4 teams for inaugural season are planned. 12 per team
TELL YOUR FRIENDS: We will honor friend and carpool requests so friends can play together. Rosters will be selected by Softball board based on talent level and positional needs per team.
Balls, umpire, uniform shirts, equipment will be supplied by Cooper City Optimist
Players are required to supply their own pants, cleats, glove, helmet, and bat. However we will have equipment if needed.
No coaches - No background checks needed - JUST FUN!
8 week trial season starting March 27th and ending May 15th
$99 inaugural season pricing for CC residents! $65 more for non-residents
Games to be played Friday nights starting at 7:00 - 90 minute games!

COACHES: LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED STARTING JANUARY 1, 2025 TO COACH – All Approved Cooper City Optimist Coaches will be issued an all-sports coaching badge. Process is being finalized with CCO’s vendor currently.
