An election will be held on May 7, 2026 as part of our general meeting, to fill the positions of officers, board members and sports commissioners for the Optimist Club of Cooper City. Previous terms were extended as the Club worked through the bylaw update process.
On April 16, 2026, the membership of the Optimist Club of Cooper City adopted updated By Laws on 2nd and final reading.
The revised by-laws re-organized the make up of the Optimist Club Board.
The updated Bylaws clarified the roles and duties of the Officers, Board Members and Sports Commissioners for the Club.
