The seven in-house recreational age divisions comprise over 50 teams and represent over 500 youngsters per season.

In addition to the in-house recreational program, Cooper City Optimist Baseball hosts a 11U, 12U, and 13U travel team.

Cooper City Optimist Baseball teams play at one of the finest baseball facilities anywhere.  Cooper City's Suellen H. Fardelmann Sports Complex, located on Palm Avenue and Stirling Road features seven baseball diamonds, three batting cages and two concession stands.

The organization is run completely by volunteers.  No money is spent on administration of the program. The organization is indebted to its sponsors and benefactors and is continually looking for donations to better the program and to better serve the youth of the Cooper City area.
