IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR SUMMER 2026

REGISTRATION COST

The registration cost for a resident is $230, and the cost for a non-resident is $295.
An additional $25 late feewill be charged after May 8th.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be in writing and received before participants are assigned to a team (this will happen as early as May 9th). A $25 processing fee will be assessed for each approved refund processed. After a participant is assigned to a team, the registration fees have been spent for the expense of each player's uniform, insurance, etc. and no money will be refunded after this time. Service and processing fees are not refundable.

PLAYER EVALUATIONS

Evaluations will be held for all participants on May 9th. Evaluations are mandatory for all participants who did not participate in the 2025 CCO BasketballSummerSeason. If your child played in the 2025 summer season, these evaluations are optional. Locations of the Evaluations is atCooper City High School. The specific time and gymnasium for each division is listed below. If the participant did not play in the 2025 Summer season and misses the May 9th evaluation, the participant will be required to attend a makeup evaluation before being placed on a team.

MAKEUP PLAYER EVALUATIONS

Evaluations will be held for all participants onSaturday, May 16th between 11:00am and 12:30 pm for all participants.For make-up evaluations there is no schedule, just come between 11 and 12:30.MakeupEvaluations are mandatory for all participants who did not participate in the 2025 CCO BasketballSummerseason or did not participate on Saturday, May 9th Evaluation.Locations of the Makeup Evaluations is TBD.. If the participant did not play in the 2025 Summer season and misses the May 9th or May 16thevaluation, the participant will be required to attend a makeup evaluation before being placed on a team. More makeup evaluation times and dates will be released after May 9th.

FUNDAMENTALS OF BASKETBALL

(3yrs old boys and girls)
Boys and Girls born between6/1/22 & 5/31/23.

The 3 year old boys and girls will be introduced to the game of Basketballduring two thirty minute sessions a week.The 3year old children will be taught how to dribble, pass, and shoot a basketball. Withthis year of introduction to the fundamentals of the game, we hope to continuously improve the overall skill level of our league.
