Glendora PONY Baseball is proud of its 50-year tradition of offering a true community baseball program that welcomes players of all ability levels. Our program is open to all league-age 13/14 year olds as well as 15 year olds who are in 8th/9th grade who do not play HS ball.
PLEASE NOTE, PONY CHANGED THEIR AGE CHART LAST YEAR. LEAGUE AGE IS THE PLAYER’S AGE ON APRIL 30, 2025.
An important change to our Pony program in 2024: Players with no baseball experience at all will not be permitted to participate. This change is based on player safety concerns on the field. Players who have limited playing experience will be allowed to register.

EVERY SATURDAY JANUARY 18TH THROUGH FEBRUARY 22ND 10 AM – 1PM
All players must be registered by Saturday, February 22nd Program is Full
The first 60 players who register are guaranteed a place on a PONY team. All other players will be wait-listed.
PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN REGISTERING YOUR PLAYER – CASH, CHECK OR ZELL
∙Because there is limited space in the program, returning players will have priority registration before open registrations begin.
There will be two opportunities to try out – those dates are currently set for
Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25.
ALL PLAYERS MUST PARTICIPATE IN ONE OF THOSE TRYOUTS.
The DRAFT is currently scheduled for Thursday, February 27th. Drafted players will be notified by their coaches by Friday, February 28th and practices will begin Saturday, March 1st. Players will practice for three weeks and will participate in a one-day pre-season Mini Tournament Saturday, March 22nd. The regular season will begin on Monday, March 24th. The 15-game regular season will end the week of May 19th, and play-offs will begin Saturday, May 31st.
Every player who tries out is drafted onto a Pony team. All dates are subject to change.
PROGRAM FEES
The cost of the spring program is $285 which includes a jersey and cap
PLUS A $15 PER PLAYER FEE THAT WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT AND PAY TO THE CITY OF GLENDORA
For families registering siblings, there is a $75 reduction in registration fees for the second player but every player is charged the $15 City fee.
