Registration for the 2021 Pony Spring Season will take place every Saturday in February from 10am-12pm at Henderson Field.


REGISTRATION DATES FOR THE 2021 GLENDORA PRE-SEASON PROGRAM

SATURDAYS, JANUARY 16 and 23                 11 am to 1 pm

MONDAY, JANUARY 18                                    4 pm to 5 pm

THURSDAY, JANUARY 21                                 4 pm to 5 pm

Drop off registrations with me at the table in front of the 1st base dugout (adjacent to the parking lot) at the PONY field (Henderson Field, 859 E. Sierra Madre Avenue, Glendora)

If NOT registering for the pre-season program, you can still register for the regular season at the dates above but there will be additional registrations for the regular season the FIRST THREE SATURDAYS IN FEBRUARY 10 am – Noon

ALL PLAYERS FOR THE REGULAR SEASON MUST BE REGISTERED BY FEBRUARY 20.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGISTERING YOUR PLAYER

1. Documentation required for registration includes:
1. The correct registration form- bring the form(s) for the program you are registering for!
2. Player Medical Release Form
3. Covid-19 Agreement Form – all players and families need to read the safety protocols carefully and both players and families need to sign the agreement form. 
4. A copy of your player’s birth certificate IF:  (a) he is NOT a returning PONY player or (b) he is a new player who did NOT play at GALL or GNLL in 2020. 
5. Payment: (a) if registering for pre-season, that payment must be included with your documentation.  If registering for the regular season, those two payments must be included but should be POST-DATED.  Season Phase 1:  post-date checks for February 22^nd .  Season Phase 2:  post-date checks for April 1.  Checks made payable to: Glendora PONY Baseball.
   
   

*The deadline to register for the regular season (phase 1&2) is Saturday, February 20.  I will be available the first three Saturdays in February 10 am – Noon to take regular season registrations.

AT REGISTRATION

▪For everyone’s safety, we want to ensure that registration is quick and easy and minimize the amount of time you are at the field.  Please put all the above information in an envelope with your player’s name on it so that drop-off involves minimal contact. 

▪If you are paying cash, please email me the day prior to registration so I can have your receipt already made out for you!

▪If you have any questions, please email me before rather than asking at signups!

▪Everyone will get a registration confirmation email from me on the same day that you register!
