Indoor Training Guidelines
- Parents: Must stay outside the facility during sessions. A team manager or designee may escort players as needed.
- Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $65 fee. No-shows will incur the fee charged to their team account and risk losing future access.
- Facility Use: Inspect for damages before use and report any issues immediately. Teams are responsible for any damages.
- Supervision: Players must stay within the designated training area.
- Equipment: Use futsal balls where possible.
Turf Training Guidelines
- Parents: Must remain outside the turf area and may use the bleachers.
- Weather: Use of turf is weather permitting. Turf may not be used if snow-covered or if ice is present.
- Key Access: The turf key is in a lockbox on the fence.
- Goal Use: Ensure all goals are secured with locks after use.
- Lock Combinations: Combinations for goal locks and the lockbox will be shared upon confirmation. Do not share combinations with players.
- Restrooms: Restrooms are closed; a portable toilet is available near the softball fields.
- Gate Security: The last coach must lock the gate after the final session.
