Outdoor Training Guidelines
- Field Access – Teams may only use fields at their designated location, day, and time. Any additional use requires prior approval.
- Players – All travel team players must wear their Twin County Soccer training tops at all practices.
- Parents & Spectators – Must remain outside the field perimeter at a distance that prevents distraction. No standing or sitting behind the goals.
- Coaches' Responsibilities – Coaches must inspect the field for hazards before training and ensure all goals are properly secured with sandbags before use. Large goals require 3-4 sandbags each.
- Weather Conditions – Fields may only be used if conditions are safe. No training on fields that are waterlogged, snow-covered, or icy.
- Facility Inspection – Upon arrival, inspect the field for any damage or unsafe conditions. Report any pre-existing issues immediately by emailing photos to [email protected] or texting 732-948-8462 before your session begins.
- Reporting Damage – If damage occurs during your session, notify club staff immediately and provide details via email or text. Teams are responsible for any damage caused during their use.
- Player Supervision – Coaches are responsible for ensuring players stay within their designated training area and are actively supervised at all times.
- Cancellations – If your team cannot use a scheduled outdoor training slot, please notify the club as soon as possible so the field can be made available to others.
