All tournament requests must be submitted through the form below for review by the Twin County Soccer Board of Trustees. Coaches are encouraged to provide complete information to ensure timely review and processing.

After submitting the form:

• The Board will review your request and notify you if it is approved, denied, or if additional information is required.
• If approved, the Club will register the team and notify you before doing so.
• Once the team is accepted into the tournament, the Club will bill back the Team Bank Account for the full tournament entry fee, including any GotSport processing fees.
• Be sure your team account is up to date before submitting.
