Game Schedule Request Form
All requests for scheduling or rescheduling Twin County Soccer home games must be submitted using the
Game Schedule Request Form.
Before submitting a request, confirm the game schedule and approximate time with the visiting team.
Please do not add any games or scrimmages to your schedule until you have received approval from the Club administrators.
General Guidelines
- Rescheduling after the league’s lock date may require moving other teams’ games. Please limit schedule change requests to only what is absolutely necessary.
- All requests must be submitted at least 7 full days before the scheduled game date.
- Requests submitted within one week of the scheduled game will be denied, except for weather-related cancellations.
- If a team is unable to play and their reschedule request is denied due to insufficient notice, the team will still be responsible for referee fees.
- Teams with repeated or excessive reschedule requests may lose scheduling privileges and/or be subject to fines or sanctions, in accordance with league rules.
- Field and referee availability is not guaranteed, especially for late or informal requests.
