All refund requests shall be made formally in writing to the
DLL Registrar ([email protected]) and the DLL Board of Directors (BOD) ([email protected].)
- Full registration costs may be refunded to requests received prior to close of registration.
- 50% of the registration costs may be refunded to requests received after late registration has closed and prior to the date drafts begin and teams are formed. **Please note: This applies to all registered players regardless of their division and regardless of if their division takes place in the draft.**
- Registration costs are not refunded once teams are formed.
In the event of a dispute, appeals, or an extenuating circumstance that one believes warrants an exception to the DLL refund policy; requests must be made as soon as practical and prior to the end of the regular season. Partial registration costs may be refunded with a majority vote of the BOD. The BOD will determine the amount refunded in these situations.
Note: Refunds will be provided through the same method of payment. A credit to future DLL costs will not be provided. The BOD reserves the right to adjust this Refund Policy on a case by case basis.
