Celebrating nineteen years of pony fall ball!
This year marks our 19th year of hosting a Pony Winterball program at Henderson Field. We are proud to have had the continued opportunity to offer this program to the youth in our community.
We will begin the week of September 9th and it is a twice weekly, 9-week program.
PROGRAM FEE: $115 per player

OUR FALL MISSION STATEMENT:
Playing baseball during the off-season offers major benefits to players of all ability levels:
Players returning to PONY baseball have the opportunity to improve the skills needed for success in the Spring season.
Players coming up from Little League have the opportunity to gain playing experience on the bigger field with new rules.
Winterball is NOT a second Pony season. Since forming a partnership with Azusa Pacific University’s baseball program in 2020, we have developed a Skills/Drills/Games format which offers a positive, developmental program for both our returning Pony players and our new players coming up from little league – as well as players who are turning 14 and joining us for the first time! The format includes infield and outfield sessions (Skills), core training using APU’s program of development (Drills), and informal games where our APU players form different teams each week and coach them in live game situations. The APU baseball team is fully involved in every aspect of the fall program, including our annual Halloween event which sees both APU and Pony players in full costume vying for prizes and competing in fun & games. Even our families’ dogs get a nod with our annual Costume Contest for them!!
