During the free sessions, players will receive instruction in a low-pressure environment. There are no scrimmages during training (they are separate) and the focus is on the individual player. All players are accepted into the program and there are no try-outs for this 8-week program. NJ Crush FC is a Girls Only program at this time. In Spring 2016 we are updating the program to follow birth year. Please bring  size 3 ball to practice.

We are also bringing in a free scrimmage program, available on Saturday mornings at North Field. Following with our tradition, and US Soccer recommendation, this is a fun environment to play in. There are no goalies, and we play on a small field in a 4v4 format.

All sessions are FREE, but consider making a small donation to the NJ Crush to fund our capital campaign. Spots are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individual practices may be canceled due to inclement weather and field availability.
