MEET OUR 2020 Board of Directors and Volunteer Team

* Notes an E-board position.  Some positions show multiple people, as these volunteers will be working with 2019 volunteers for ease of transition.


PHIL DAVIS - President * - [email protected]
Attends majority of events and league meetings, spends time at games, attends District Board meetings, face of league, helps resolves any major issues.

TRAVIS EASTMAN - VP Operations * - [email protected]
VP Operations makes sure all jobs are being handled and running smoothly. Attend District meetings as needed, majority of events, manages all aspects of operations to make sure all is in order. Field permits, practice scheduling, post season tournaments. Assists VPs as necessary. Can help decided and post on RainedOut.

TIM CARUSO - VP Baseball & Softball*[email protected]
Oversee all baseball & softball MANAGERS/COACHES in all competitive levels.  Attends District meetings as needed.  Coordinates manager and rule meetings and manager/coaching clinics.  Must be excellent with communication.  Will be lead in any disciplinary actions with managers, with eBoard assistance. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.

DAVID BELL - VP Challenger[email protected]
Manages all aspects of challenger division, including registration, communications, scheduling, D4 Challenger Jamboree.

VALERIE GRAVES - Secretary * - [email protected]
Manages league calendar, creates board meeting agenda and takes minutes at all board meetings.  Handles end of year nominee list and final ballot votes.  Books meeting rooms and coordinates dates for events. Assists VPOPS with volunteer lists for events handled by VPOPS. Assists in making sure calendar items are being done. 

JANIELLE RIOS (transitioning with CHRYSTAL JOST) - Treasurer * - [email protected]
Maintains daily accounting for all ECLL monies including receivables, payables and reconciliations. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.

BILL ST MICHEL - Head Umpire in Charge *[email protected]
Manages umpire team from start to finish, including umpire registration, clinics, scheduling and donations. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.

CIRO CONTRERAS (transitioning with ENRIQUE CERDA) - Player Agent – Softball * – [email protected]
Attends District meetings as needed, looks out for the safety and best interest of the ECLL competitive softball players.  Leads tryouts and season draft and all-star draft. Works with VP softball for trades and any team vacancies.  Addresses all parent/player complaints. Must be excellent with communication. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations. Can help decided and post on RainedOut.

RYAN NEESON (transitioning with JAMES JOACHIM - Player Agent – Competitive Baseball * - [email protected]
Attends District meetings as needed, looks out for the safety and best interest of the ECLL competitive baseball players.  Leads tryouts and season draft and all-star draft. Works with VP baseball for trades and any team vacancies.  Addresses all parent/player complaints. Must be excellent with communication. MARK SMITH - Player Agent - Tball and Farm and A BB[email protected]
Creates lower division teams and works with managers as needed.  Attends ABB tryouts and draft.  Coordinates lower division manager meetings. Is the go to person for parent issues/complaints in lower division. Will work with VP baseball & softball and baseball player agent as needed.

BRITTANY SEPULVEDA - Communication Coordinator[email protected]
Handle ALL  [email protected] communication and send bi-weekly emails to all families for event updates. Respond to FB messages and/or post comments. Sort through Info email address and answer questions and/or forward to appropriate person. Should attend board meetings so information can be communicated with families in a timely manner.  Will work with ALL to make sure families are informed.

JESSICA PACAT - Team Parent Coordinator(s)[email protected]
Handle ALL communication with parents. Run team parent meeting at the beginning of year and organize a parent scorekeeper clinic.  Go to persons for all team parent questions. Should attend board meetings so information can be communicated with families in a timely manner.  Will work with Communication Coordinator and event team.

JAY MARTINS and MIKE JOST - Equipment Team[email protected]
Manages all aspects of team equipment, including ordering, organizing equipment storage shed, distribution, collection and mid-year issues.  Provides competitive game balls at each location for umpires and day-to-day requests.

MICHELLE CERDA - Safety Coordinator[email protected]
Safety kits and ice-packs to managers. Handles any injury reports throughout the season. Complete/submit claims for injuries.  Create ASAP plan and submits online.

DANIELLE EASTMAN - Uniform Coordinator[email protected]
Handles all aspects of ECLL uniforms for both season and post season All-Stars. Including design, ordering, patch ordering, sponsorship coordination, distribution.

JENN CUTSHAW - Dug Out Store Team[email protected]
orders, sells and distributes all spirit wear. Responsible for selling spirit wear at all events including, Opening Day, Closing Day, Picture Day, Pitch Hit Run Day, Ports Day.  Set up online sales. Maintains a calendar of onsite sale dates.

DAN LONGACRE - Oakley School Field Maintenance [email protected]
Maintains and fixes fields so they are in playing condition.  Manages field boxes, orders chalk and field tools as needed.   Maintains golf carts, if any.  Manage field clean up at beginning of season.  Manages set up crew and donations. Works with portable restroom vendor.

VACANT Laurel Fields & FERNANDO ROSTRAN - Outlying Field Maintenance - [email protected]

MIKE CUTSHAW - Scheduling Coordinator[email protected] or [email protected]
Handles all aspects of practice field scheduling, game scheduling and post season scheduling. Posts game updates and scores on ECLL website, TeamConnect and on RainedOut. Also, communicates with Managers.VPB

BERNADETTE ROGER - Website Team [email protected]
Responsible for all aspects of ECLL website.  Including weekly updates, News, Open/Close field status.

REGINA ZIMMER - Post Season Tournament Administrator[email protected]
Handles all All-Star post season paperwork and information to be distributed to all parents/players/managers.  Creates any All-Star awards, binders, attends District binder check and uploads rosters on Little League portal.  Handles ALL Post Season hosted ECLL games with volunteer scheduling, updates Post season briefcases. If none – VPOPS, VP BB/SB and Secretary will handle.

KELLY VAN SCHAIK - Snack Shack Coordinator(s) [email protected]
Will work as a team to manage Oakley Snack Shack. Team works together to manage concessions, including but not limited to scheduling teams for volunteer times, shopping for food, opening/closing snack shack.  Will handle own bank account, aside from bank reconciliation.

BRIANA WOOD - Sponsorship Coordinator(s)[email protected]
Manages all aspects of sponsors including spreadsheet tracking, works with uniform coordinator, creates field banners, provides team reimbursement, daily Facebook posting of sponsors, create and distribute sponsorship shirts, works with photographer for sponsorship plaques and handles distribution. Contacts local businesses for donations for seasonal prizes. Invites sponsors to have booths ECLL events.

KAILA BERUMAN - Event Team Lead [email protected]     
Team will organize and plan ECLL events only that do not have to do with games/practices, including creating flyers, distribution of tickets (if any), on site raffles and plan activities/prizes and marketing the event on FB and by email.  Will work with sponsorship & fundraising AND work with City to get Permits where required.

Crab Feed– A part of the Event team, will manage all aspects of Crab Feed. 

MIKE ROSALEZ -  The EC Factory [email protected]
Manages all aspects of the ECLL Factory.  We are looking for additional committee members to assist with this.

*E-board position – E-board makes final decisions in some instances.

We work together as a team and volunteer jobs often overlap.  In the beginning of the season we meet about twice a month, not including registration events.  Once season starts we meet at least once a month and as necessary.  We work as a team for registration, tryouts and events.
