Parents Code of Conduct - Be encouraging, supportive, & affirmative in regard to your child's play on the field
- Cheering is good, but do not yell at your child or anyone else’s child during the game. It can be distracting & what you tell them may be different from what the coaches are saying.
- Be careful not to say anything that might be taken the wrong way or hurt someone’s feelings. Remember: this is for fun & these are children.
- Be a good role model & a good sport.
- Say anything bad to or about the other team. Never boo the other team or cheer when they make a mistake.
- Respect officials & accept their decisions
- Support the coach, the team, & the club
- Comply with rules, policies, & procedures of the team & Club
- Discuss any issues only with the coach at a time mutually agreed upon with the coach - avoid prior to, during, or directly after a game.
Never:
- Engage in dissent directed toward an official
- Engage in any kind or type of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player, or parent
- Interfere at any time with the duties and responsibilities of the coach
- Act in any manner which is detrimental to the team or the Grafton Soccer Club
NO alcohol, NO smoking and NO pets are allowed at any League fields and/or games
