2024 Fall Ball Season

6U – 14U Age Group Registration will open Saturday, 7/20/2024 and will close Saturday, 8/17/2024.

The Fall Season Games are anticipated to begin after Labor Day and run through Saturday, 11/23/2024.

Registration is open to all young women athletes ages 4 -14 within the East Carteret High School District. Players from other leagues whose home leagues are not having a fall season are welcome to register as well. Age divisions are assigned following the current Babe Ruth Age Chart. Games will be played on Saturdays.

Practices are tentatively scheduled to begin the week of 8/19/2024 with games beginning in September after Labor Day. Games will be played on Saturdays, tournament style, with games played at locations throughout the district.

Practices will take place during the weekday afternoons/early evenings. Teams may practice twice per week, and there may be up to 2 games per team each Saturday.

Teams, team practice, game schedules, and game locations will be announced after registration has closed.

NEW PLAYERS - An original or certified copy of the birth certificate will need to be presented to the Team Manager or Head Coach for verification during the first week of practice for all girls who have not previously played on a DEGSL team. New players cannot continue to participate after the first week of practice until this has been completed.

ALL REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE OPENING CEREMONIES IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEASON ACTIVITIES - NO EXCEPTIONS! Families may review available financial aid options offered by Babe Ruth Partners.
