2024 World Series
FALL SEASON GAME SCHEDULE


	Down East 14U State Champions Heading to the World Series!


This talented group of athletes dominated their regular season going undefeated. They continued their winning streak in the Eastern NC District 5 Championship and the NC State Tournament where they played up in the 16U age division, defeating 3 other 16U teams to become the 2024 Babe Ruth League NC State Champions. Now this team is looking to put Down East Softball on the Map! This will be the first team to make the venture to the Babe Ruth League World Series from the Down East Girls Softball League! This is the 40th Anniversary of the Softball division and with be hosted in Florence, Alabama July 23 thru August 1, 2024. They will compete against the best talent from all over the country. The trip for the 12 players on the girls' softball team and coaches will cost over $3,000 per player (not including parents). Donations will help the girls with travel to and from Alabama, hotel costs, food for the players, and the World Series Jerseys. We thank everyone for all their support!
