Volunteers ALWAYS Needed
Down East Girls Softball is a non-profit, parent-run, volunteer organization established to provide a recreational softball program. All League activities are planned and performed by parent-volunteers. This includes organizing teams, securing fields, arranging uniforms, scheduling over 360 games, coordinating with neighbor leagues, maintaining this website, paying the bills, managing the concession stand, and of course, managing and coaching all the players for a season. All together this work requires 100+ volunteers each season.
