| The boundaries of the Down East Girls Softball League is defined by the Carteret County Public Schools boundaries for families residing in within the East Carteret High School attendance zone. Babe Ruth rules and DEGSL bylaws prohibit players in divisions 12U and under from registering in leagues whose address is outside of the league's boundaries. |
