Virginia District 4

Virginia District 4 represents 13 chartered Little Leagues in the Northern Virginia Area. They include Arlington American and National, Alexandria, Falls Church, Reston-Herndon American and National, Great Falls, McLean American, National and Softball, Mason District and Vienna American and National.

Local leagues within an area collectively comprise a District (a geographical area within a state). The operation of each district is overseen by a volunteer District Administrator (DA) who is a elected by the sitting presidents of the local leagues within the district to serve a four-year term. The DA and his/her staff of Assistant District Administrators serve as liaisons between the various Regional Centers and the local Little Leagues. The DA and his/her assistants are charged with helping to ensure that all the volunteers in their districts are well trained, and all the leagues are operating within the guidelines set forth by Little League.
