Future Mariner Camp

It's time to dust off your cleats and get your gloves on!  The DEGSL and the ECHS lady Mariners are teaming up for our Annual Future Mariners  Camp on Saturday, March 9, 2024.  The Camp will be held from 8:30am to 3:00pm for ages 4-13.  All proceeds from the Future Mariner Camp will be donated to the ECHS Lady Mariners and the DEGSL Legends Scholarship Fund. 

This year's planned schedule of events is as follows:

8:30AM - 9:00AM: Athletes Sign in and register for morning sessions
9:00AM - 9:30AM: Opening Activities
9:30AM - 12:00PM: Morning training sessions with the ECHS Mariner Softball Team, Coaches, Trainers, and other Camp Staff

12:00PM - 1:00PM: Lunch (The 6U Age group is released from Camp after lunch.)

1:00PM - 3:00PM: Afternoon training sessions for the 8U age groups and up with the ECHS Mariner Softball Team, Coaches, Trainers, and other Camp Staff
3:00PM: Closing Activities and athletes released from the Camp.

Youth will be divided into age appropriate groups and work on game play, position play, and other skill instruction to help improve their understanding of the game. Lunch will be provided as well.

Youth will need to bring their bats, gloves, helmets, and any other equipment that is not normally provided by DEGSL during practice or a game.

Registration fee covers the cost of the camp, lunch, and tee-shirt. Registrations received after Monday, February 19, 2024 will not be guaranteed a 2024 DEGSL Future Mariner Camp tee-shirt. There is no reduction in cost in late registration.
