The objective of the Little League Division Tournament is to provide Majors players the opportunity to participate in a baseball tournament at the District, Sectional and State levels at the end of the regular season. Leagues may place a maximum of 14 players on the All Stars team. To be eligible for play, a player must meet Little League’s “Residency Eligibility Requirement” and have participated in at least 60% of the regular season games as of June 15. SEPLL announces its All Stars team on about June 1. Practices and games generally take place from mid-June into early July, but may continue if the team advances beyond district play. The culmination of the Tournament is the Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, featuring teams from around the world.
