Welcome to Hendersonville Civitan Titans Youth Tackle Football!
We are excited to kick off another great season of Titans football and can't wait to see our players back on the field.
2026 Registration Information
Co-ed Players: Ages 4–12
(Age as of July 31, 2026)
Civitan reserves the right to merge age divisions if necessary to maintain balanced teams & league play.
REGISTRATION FEES:
$225 - Registration through June 30th
$245* - Late Registration July 1st - July 15th
*($225 + $20 non-refundable late fee)*
Registration includes game uniform and helmet rental.
Accounts will be charged a $175 replacement fee if the player's helmet is not returned at the end of the season.
