2024 Fall Open League Season will be an 8-game season beginning the week of Labor Day and concluding the week of Halloween. Each team will play one game per week on Wednesday night. No games during Sumner County fall break. No postseason tournament. Registration
Fall Open League Rules
Registration Instructions
1. Log in at hendersonvillecivitan.com
2. Once you’re logged in, you will see a Volunteer tab on the left side of the screen. Click on it.
3. Then choose “+ Volunteer.”
4. Select “2024 Fall Baseball Open League.”
5. Select “View Divisions.”
6. Choose your age group.
7. Select “Head Coach”
8. Sign yourself up. If it’s not the head coach signing up, they can choose “Sign up new user.”
9. Go to shopping cart (logo will be in the upper right-hand corner)
10. Select “View Cart”
11. Continue
12. Pay
13. Once you’ve paid, select “Manage Invites.”
When you get to the “Manage Invites" screen, you will invite your coaches and players through their parent's email addresses.
If you have left the website after registering or want to invite players later:
1. Log in at hendersonvillecivitan.com
2. Once you’re logged in, choose the “Home” tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Go to “Team Central.”
4. Select “Team Directory.”
5. Choose 2024 Fall Baseball Open League from the Program drop down.
6. When you see your team, click on the “Roster” tab.
7. Once you’re on your roster page, select “Manage Roster Invites.” It will be to the right of the page in the blue circle.
8. Invite your coaches and players.
