About Wildcat Cheer
Mt Si Wildcat Jr Cheerleading is part of the Wildcat Jr Football and Cheer Association - WCJFA. We are a non-profit organization who strive to provide a great football and cheer experience for cheerleaders 7-14 years of age throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.
We welcome and encourage children of all abilities to join us in cheering and supporting our Wildcats Junior football teams. We focus on developing a good cheer foundation in skills, technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Most importantly, we have fun!
We have a recreational focus with practices during the week, and games and events every Saturday throughout the season (August - November).
For our 2021 we are offering the following Wildcat Junior Cheer Squad Divisions
Sideline Squad for Elementary and Middle School (ages 7-14)
SDS Red Squad for Elementary Grades 1st - 5th (ages 7 and up)
SDS White Squad for Middle School Grades 6th - 8th
Sideline – We are excited to announce that we are now offering Sideline Cheer for cheerleaders through 8th grade and is now available to ages 7-14! It is highly recommended as an introduction to cheer or for those who prefer or can only commit to one practice a week. Practice will focus on cheers and simple squad formations to be performed at games. With only one practice a week, it is required that cheerleaders attend every practice, for the entire practice, and every game.
Sideline Dance Stunts (SDS) – SDS squads will focus on cheers, stunts, and dance. Cheerleaders who want to be in SDS need to fully commit for the season. SDS practices twice a week. Both the dances and the stunts require more time to learn and have very specific lineups and roles. Therefore,
