Refunds are granted as follows:
  

• Refund requests must be submitted via email.

• $35.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  

• Requests must be submitted prior to midnight the day preceding evaluations.

• Refund requests made after midnight the day preceding evaluations, but before a player is drafted onto a team, will be refunded at 50% of registration fee.

• Once a player has been drafted onto a team refunds are not permitted.

Appeals beyond the aforementioned must be made in writing to the Midway Athletic Club Treasurer.  The appeal must include name, age group, and reasons for the refund request.  All appeals will be presented by the Treasurer to the full Midway Athletic Club Board of Directors for vote.
