Winter Lacrosse: PAL lacrosse has partnered with Staples Coach Will Koshansky to offer boys from
kindergarten through 8th Grade two fantastic sessions of winter lacrosse!

Session 1: Holiday Skills Clinic – November & December-2023

Coach K’s Holiday Skills Clinic is a great opportunity for youth players to keep a stick in their hand as the weather changes and we move indoors. These sessions are 60 minutes designed to help our players improve their game and grow their love of the sport.
Each night will have a different focus and players can expect to train with multiple coaches throughout November and December. Each night will include competitive games in which our skills are put to the test! Players will be grouped based on age and ability to make sure all players have the best experience.
This clinic is great for all players, from beginner to “expert”! We are excited to be holding these sessions in the Staples HS Fieldhouse.

Session 2: Olympic Sixes Clinic & Gameplay January & February - 2024

Coach K’s Olympic Sixes – Kindergarten through 8th Grade
 

PAL lacrosse has partnered with Staples Coach Will Koshansky to offer boys from kindergarten through 8th Grade two fantastic sessions of winter lacrosse!

Lacrosse if BACK in the Olympics, featuring a new fast paced, high energy design – called Sixes! Join the Staples HS coaches and current HS players, as we teach this new version of lacrosse and then play games within each group. The Sixes format that is now an Olympic sport, allows players to get far more reps in a practice setting. All players use a short stick, play on a smaller field, and shoot on full size goals with normal field lacrosse goalies. We anticipate the scores of these games to be very high!

Players will see significant improvement while learning this new version of lacrosse. Is there a future Olympian training in the fieldhouse this winter!

We are excited to be holding these sessions in the Staples HS Fieldhouse.
