Winter 2023/2024 Indoor Track & Fitness Series
Open to boys and girls | Grades 2 - 8
Our youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through track and field.
The winter track program will focus on fundamentals and provide training in all areas of the sport
that will build endurance, and increase agility, flexibility, power, and speed.
Exercises and drills will prepare athletes for a future in track and field events. The drills we are planning are commonplace in the sport of track and field.
If your child has an interest in the sport, wants to partake in the fitness aspect, and looking for a relaxed setting,
This Program is a Fit.
We are set to begin in December and will continue until February. We will meet twice a week Tuesday and Wednesday

Athletes will need the following items for the Series
Running shoes | Sweatpants or Leggings, Long sleeve tops | Water bottle
