Our season will begin December 5, 2023, through February 15, 2024

Our youth wrestling program will allow athletes to engage at whatever level
is appropriate to match their interests and abilities.

The program's focus will be to develop confidence, fitness, fair play,
and wrestling fundamentals through encouragement and instruction.
 

Wrestling is diverse anyone can participate regardless of size or gender or experience.

Westport PAL has partnered with Staples Athletics and Southside Wrestling  Club
bringing some of the best wrestling Coaches in the country to PAL!

WPAL Youth Wrestling has a Legacy of Excellence!

Days:  Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Location: Staples High School Field House - 70 North Avenue, Westport

Program Fee: $400.00

Wrestling shoes are required.  Headgear is optional.
Shorts and T-shirt | Water bottle (clearly marked).

All athletes are required to follow all safety protocols as established
by Staples High School Athletics and in place for the season.

MEDICAL FORM

All registered athletes are required to submit a medical form prior to participating in a PAL sports program.
Submit the form to the Wrestling Coach.  Athletes without a completed medical form will not be allowed to participate.
