Everyone who works with our kids is required to be BACKGROUND CHECKED and must complete ABUSE AWARENESS TRAINING.  All Star coaches and managers must also be Diamond Leader Certified.  While not necessary, we would like all of our coaches to complete Diamond Leader Training.

Background checks are completed annually as part of the registration process.  All background checks expire in October.  Once you've registered as a volunteer, the board will review your application and then trigger the background check at which point you'll receive an email from JDP.  Follow the instructions therein.  Click this guide.  It will help you through the process.

Abuse Awareness Training is a 30 - 45 minutes online course.  Click here to take the annual Abuse Awareness training.

Diamond Leader Certification is 45 minute self paced online course.  Once completed, it doesn't expire.
