General Registration Information

Frederick National Little League (FNLL) is an all volunteer chartered member of Little League International and provides a program of instructional and competitive baseball and softball for kids ages 4 to 16 with several divisions to accommodate many age and skill levels. Our goal is to not just create competitive athletes; but also teach life lessons, community commitment, and citizenship through the great sports of baseball and softball.

Established in 1951, Frederick National is steeped in legacy as one of the oldest, most respected, and successful leagues in the state of Maryland.

Our home field is the beautiful Robert B. Staley Stadium, located on Staley Ave (just off of 13th street), and our other fields are located in the heart of Frederick, MD.

Our available divisions are:

Tee Ball (ages 4-6)

Coach Pitch (ages 7-8)

Minors Kid Pitch (ages 7-11)

Majors Kid Pitch (ages 9-12)

For players 13 and over, visit https://www.frederickbaseball.org/ to register for teenage baseball.

Additionally, we provide our Little League families opportunities to play on Tournament Teams. These teams fill the gap between Little League and Travel Ball. We are currently offering the following Tournament Teams: 9U Baseball

2024 Volunteer Program

FNLL members who are not related to specific teams, such as Board Members, Umpires, etc. should register to this program to complete their volunteer form, e-signature, and initiate their background check.

This is NOT for managers, coaches, or team parents associated with a current team or team being created.

If there's nothing in the "Current Open Registrations" section above, then one of the following has occurred:

Registration has closed meaning the deadline to register has passed
We haven't yet opened registration

Registration is only open for one season at a time. We have a Spring and a Fall season. Spring registrations start around the end of the calendar year and go through the beginning of February. Fall registration starts after the Spring season concludes in July and can run through August. For more information please visit our FAQ.
