Starting this Monday, July 17, all club players age 8+ are invited to join us at the park on Monday nights to play fun soccer games!
- Stay in shape: this is a great chance to get off the sofa, get outside and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
- Keep your skills sharp: getting touch on the ball will help players continue to improve, preparing for competitive play in fall.
- And have fun!
When: Mondays, fom Mon, July 17, to Mon, Aug 14
Time: 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Where: Portland Recreational Complex
Who: Any club player age 8 and above who was registered with Portland Soccer Club in the last year, or who is registered to play in the upcoming season.
No cost, no sign up, just show up!
If you drop a player and leave, please be sure to pick up on time at 7:00 promptly. Youth sports coaches are not permitted to leave a club player at the park without a parent
Travel Drop In Summary 2021In all, the Summer Drop In for Travel did really well, averaging 34 players in attendance. About a third of all players participated each week. It wasn't the same players every week. For example, nearly all the U10 boys showed up at least one week, while a few of them did show up nearly every week. I think that's probably generally true about most teams.

Fall 2021 Travel Soccer Registrants are invited to join us this summer at the new park for Summer Drop In.
Play small pickup games with other players in the club. Have fun and strengthen your skills, intuition, knowledge of the game, and gain confidence as we get ready for increased competition in the fall.
No cost to you!
