WEST COVINA AMERICAN

SPRING 2025 ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

We offer co-ed baseball programs for children ages 4 to 14. Thank you to our returning families for your continued support, and a warm welcome to new members joining us this season! Please review the updated registration details below, as a few things have changed. We're gearing up for a great season, and we're excited to have you join the WCALL family!

BOUNDARIES

All players’ residency must be confirmed each season. New for 2025: Players 7 and under can play at WCALL regardless of where they live—no proof of address needed. For players 8 and older, they must either live or attend school within WCALL boundaries and provide proof of residency. Learn more about this new rule here To see if your player’s school or home falls within our boundaries, use the Little League Finder

The following schools are within WCALL boundaries:
Mesa, Vine, Glen Oak, Cedargrove, Ben Lomond, Westhoff, Collegewood, Christ Lutheran, Sonrise Christian,
Hollencrest, Sierra Vista, Royal Oak. This may not be an all-inclusive list.

Note: If your player does not qualify but has a valid reason to play at WCALL, contact Emma Ousterhout at [email protected] to discuss options for waivers.

ELIGIBILITY

Players 8 and older must provide proof of eligibility through:

School Waiver (School Enrollment Form) OR Residency Documents (proof of home address)

You will need to upload these documents during registration. For more information, visit Eligibility Information

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Most forms are signed during online registration, but the following documents must be uploaded or brought in person on designated collection days in order for registration to be finalized:

Medical Release Form
Proof of Eligibility for Age 8 and over

LEAGUE AGE AND DIVISIONS

Your child’s division is determined by their Little League age. The system will automatically place your child in the correct division based on their birth date. You may also verify here: League Age. For further descriptions about each level of play, check out our

SNACK BAR & RAFFLE TICKETS

Our Snack Bar, Fundraising, and Sponsorship initiatives help keep registration fees low by offsetting costs such as insurance, league fees, live-streaming, baseballs and other equipment, field maintenance, facility upkeep, event expenses, practice field rentals and other operational necessities. These efforts rely on the generous support and volunteerism of our community.

Snack Bar Deposit: A $150 deposit is required at registration. This can be refunded after completing 5 hours of snack bar duty (two 2.5-hour shifts) or forfeited to opt out. Intermediate & Junior Divisions are exempt.

Raffle Tickets: A $50 raffle book fee is due at registration. Sell the tickets to recoup the cost. This is a very popular raffle held during opening day. Raffle tickets will be distributed at player evaluations, and extra tickets will be sold.
