PLAYER EVALUATIONS

All players aged 7 and older (Farm, Minor, and Major Divisions) must attend player evaluations. These evaluations help ensure balanced teams and a safe playing experience by assessing batting, catching, fielding, throwing, speed, and agility.

Please note:

• Players are not guaranteed placement in the division they register for. Depending on registration numbers and evaluation results, players may be moved up or down a division by our Player Agent. 

• To petition playing up or playing down a division, please contact our Player Agent.

• Sibling requests will be considered, but friend requests are not allowed in the Farm, Minor, and Major divisions.

WHAT TO BRING

Players should prepare for evaluations by wearing the right gear and clothes, including baseball pants, hat, a safety cup, baseball glove, and helmet, and bringing water. 

** Players not wearing safety cups will not be allowed on the field. 

2026 DATES

Major Division:
Wednesday Jan 14, 2026 at 5PM

Minor Division:
Thursday Jan 15, 2026 at 6PM

Farm Division:
Friday Jan 16, 2026 at 6PM

Makeup Evaluations for all divisions:
Friday Jan 16, 2026 at 8PM

Players will be lined up based on order they register. An email will be sent out prior to Evaluations guiding parents.

Evaluations will take place at Cortez Park RDM Field 1 located at 2441 E. Cortez Street, West Covina, CA 91791
