Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY

All players’ residency must be confirmed each season. New for 2025: Players 7 and under can play at WCALL regardless of where they live—no proof of address needed. For players 8 and older, they must either live or attend school within WCALL boundaries and provide proof of residency. Once verifying that your player is within WCALL Boundaries, there are two ways to prove eligibility with wither Option 1-School Waiver or Option 2-Residency Documents.

Option 1

School Waiver

This is the easiest way to show proof of residency. Provide a signed School Enrollment Form. If using this form, skip Option 2.

If your school is not within WCALL boundaries but your home address is, upload documents verifying your home address, dated between February 2024 and February 2025.

Note: If a player does not qualify based on their home or school address but has a valid reason to participate at WCALL, they may still be allowed to play by submitting a waiver.
