Patriot Community Sports Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Prior to the close of the registration period, a participant in a sports program or camp may cancel their registration and a full refund will be given.  The cost of the registration will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for registration.  Once registration has closed, we are unable to give refunds.  Our teams are built upon the commitment of a certain number of players; we depend upon these final numbers to make sure that we have enough players per team, to make sure that we have adequate coaches scheduled and practice space/time reserved.  Payments are made for uniforms and in some instances, league fees based upon the number of players or the number of teams.  In some instances, a player who cancels after the close of registration puts that team at risk of not having enough players for a team which affects that entire group of young athletes.  Please consider your child's registration to be a commitment to the team for that season.

In the event that a team or a camp does not have enough participants, it may become necessary for Patriot Community Sports to cancel that particular program.  In this situation, a full refund would be given to any registered participants.
