Under 4 year olds- 8/1/2010 to 2/28/2012 - $140 (birthday falls in this range)
Under 5 year olds- 8/1/2009 to 7/31/2010 - $140 (birthday falls in this range)
Under 6 year olds- 8/1/2008 to 7/31/2009 - $140 (birthday falls in this range)
Under 7 year olds- 8/1/2007 to 7/31/2008 - $155 (birthday falls in this range)
Under 8 year olds- 8/1/2006 to 7/31/2007 - $155 (birthday falls in this range)

PCS Recreation Soccer program has evolved and taken the direction of recommendations of the USSF (United States Soccer Federation) and Georgia State Soccer Association of which PCS is affiliated as Patriot Soccer Academy.
The program is Directed by Andy Trevers who has been playing and coaching soccer for some 40+ years and has coached at the Olympic Player Development, State, travel and high school.

The program is designed solely to achieve the total development of the player and family. PCS is a community program so all are welcome here. Our desire is to instill many different aspects of learning both on and off the field. Some of the important components are listed below; this is not an exhaustive list:

To teach there is a God who loves them desperately
To instill a love and joy for the game of soccer
To focus on the importance of development above winning at all cost at early ages
To create an environment of community and relationship and the importance of these to our lives
To create a global awareness of other countries and those less fortunate than us

We have been so blessed by God and the direction He has led us to this stage of our program. You may be wondering how do we accomplish these goals listed above... firstly, we cannot possibly get close without entrusting the direction and guidance to our Heavanly Father. In addition, we need you the community and the amazing volunteers who step up each season to allow the program to function. Come join us... we are excited to have the opportunity to serve your family and for you to experience first hand all the PCS program can bring.

The program is set up with everything centered around small numbers, maximizing touches on the ball and small sided games. In the Under 4 to Under 6 age group team size is 6 players and games are played 3 v 3 on a small field 20yds by 15yds, with 4ft goals and no goalkeepers. The U7 and U8 age group team size is typically 6 to 8 players and games are played 4 v 4 on a field 35yds by 20yds.
Each team will typically have a Head Coach and Assistant Coach and will practice once a week for one hour either at 5pm or 6pm. This is determined by your coaches availability and will become known once teams are formed. Teams are Coed. We may combine age divisions if needed to create enough teams for a division. Each family will, in the registration process, have the opportunity to let us know of days your child is not available for practice and we typically can accomodate.

Please note that we are no longer honoring friend requests starting at U7 and above.

We do use birthdate as our cutoff criteria, not school grade. The birthdate cutoff is August 1st to July 31st. Please be aware of this as it may mean that your children and their friends would be placed in different age groups.

Teams are named after countries. These are usually connected to mission trip environments that Mount Pisgah Church has teams heading toward. We hope that this also gives families an opportunity to become aware of information about the country they are representing when they participate.

Soccer Practice commences U4 to U8: Week of March 2nd
First Soccer Game U4 to U8: Saturday, March 21
Last Soccer Game U4-U6: Saturday, May 2
Last Soccer Game U7-U8 Saturday, May 9
Picture Day Soccer U4 to U8 (South Hall): Saturday, April 18
No Games U4 to U8: Saturday, April 4 (Easter)
No Practice U4 to U8: Monday, March 9th to Sunday, March 15th
