Executive Board Member

President
The President leads the league and oversees all operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the season. They serve as the primary point of contact with Little League International and guide the Board in decision-making. The President also ensures that all league policies, rules, and regulations are followed.

Vice President
The Vice President supports the President in managing league operations and steps in when the President is unavailable. They often assist with coordinating committees and special projects. This role helps ensure continuity and organization across all league activities.

Secretary
The Secretary maintains official league records, including meeting minutes and important documentation. They manage league communications and help keep families informed. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping and smooth communication across the organization.

Treasurer
The Treasurer manages all financial aspects of the league, including budgeting, tracking income and expenses, and maintaining accurate records. They ensure bills are paid and funds are handled responsibly. Regular financial reports are provided to the Board to maintain transparency.

Player Agent
The Player Agent oversees player registration, evaluations, and team assignments to ensure a fair and balanced process. They verify player eligibility and serve as a resource for parents with player-related questions. This role helps maintain fairness and integrity in team formation.

Safety Officer
The Safety Officer develops and enforces safety policies to protect players, volunteers, and spectators. They oversee safety training, incident reporting, and field safety checks. Their goal is to create a safe and secure environment for everyone involved in the league.

Coaching Coordinator

The League Information Officer manages the league’s online presence, including the website and registration system. They ensure schedules, scores, and announcements are accurate and up to date. This role plays a key part in keeping families informed and connected.

Scheduler
The Scheduler creates and manages game and practice schedules for all teams. They coordinate field availability and work to minimize conflicts. This role ensures the season runs smoothly and efficiently.

Umpire in Chief
The Umpire in Chief recruits, trains, and schedules umpires for all games. They ensure umpires understand and enforce league rules consistently. This role supports fair play and the integrity of the game.

Field Manager
The Field Manager oversees the maintenance and preparation of all playing fields and facilities. They ensure fields are safe, clean, and ready for games and practices. This role is essential to providing a quality playing environment.

Photographer
The Photographer captures moments from games, events, and league activities throughout the season. They provide images for social media, the website, and league publications. This role helps preserve memories and promote the league.

Social Media
The Social Media Coordinator manages the league’s social media platforms and shares updates, highlights, and announcements. They help promote events and celebrate players and teams. This role helps build community engagement and league visibility.

Yearbook Coordinator
The Yearbook Coordinator organizes and produces the league’s yearbook. They collect photos, team information, and content throughout the season. This role helps create a lasting keepsake for players and families.
