Any returning volunteers who have previously submitted a Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check and a Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification and are having difficulty retrieving these documents, may email the league at [email protected] and request copies of these documents. If we can retrieve them from a previous volunteer application, we will send them to you so you may include them in your current volunteer application.
