Any returning volunteers who have previously submitted a Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check and a Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification and are having difficulty retrieving these documents, may email the league at [email protected] and request copies of these documents. If we can retrieve them from a previous volunteer application, we will send them to you so you may include them in your current volunteer application. If we cannot, you will have to reapply for the background checks, as only the certificates themselves are acceptable (receipts are not).
