Wilkes-Barre City Little League fields players in Little League's Tee Ball, Minor - Coach Pitch, Minor - Player Pitch, Major, Junior, and Senior divisions. Based on their league age, players are eligible to play in the following divisions during the Spring/Summer Baseball season:
• Players who are league age 4-7 are eligible to be selected to a Tee Ball team.
• Players who are league age 5-6 and have participated for at least one regular (spring/summer) season in the Tee Ball division are eligible to be selected to a Minor division (coach pitch or player pitch) team.
• Players who are league age 7-10 are eligible to be selected to a Minor - Coach Pitch division team.
• Players who are league age 7-11 are eligible to be selected to a Minor - Player Pitch division team.
• Players who are league age 12 and have never played baseball in Little League or another sanctioned baseball organization (i.e., Cal Ripken, Diamond Youth, etc.) before are eligible to be selected to a Minor - Player Pitch division team.
• Players who are league age 9-12 are eligible to be selected to a Major (Little League) division team.
• Players who are league age 13-14 are eligible to be selected to a Junior division team.
• Players who are league age 13-16 are eligible to be selected to a Senior division team.
• Players who are league age 13-14 are eligible to be double-rostered to a Junior and Senior division team. However, if a player double rosters, their first responsibility is to their Junior division team should a conflict arise, unless prior arrangements are made with their Junior team manager.
Those who are not included among the league ages listed above are not eligible for any baseball division in Little League® for the current season.

Wilkes-Barre City Little League reserves the right to move a player down a division from the one for which they registered due to safety reasons. Any suggestion to move a player up a division from the one for which they registered will be taken in consultation with the player's parent or guardian.
