Important Information

Spring Contact Rugby Players must have:
- A fitted mouth guard.
- A pair of cleats (rugby cleats need to have round studs and no toe cleat, most soccer cleats will work)
- Shorts and Socks for matches from Steamroller Rugby
(All Youth, Jr and HS Boys - white shorts, Girls HS - Blue shorts)
- Training Shirt and Sweatshirt (Will be ordered through the team in early March $23)

Not required but recommended:

-Rugby shorts for practices (preferably blue or white and can be ordered through Steamroller Rugby)
-Rugby jersey for practices (if you have one great, if not the team is working on getting some extras)

There is no need to get a game jersey, in rugby, your position dictates your jersey number, fronts 1-8 and backs 9-15.  For this reason we have sets of team jersey's that get distributed at matches when the game roster is set.

Communication
Because communication is key to a successful team we have been working on our communication with families as well.
This year we will be using SportsYou to communicate as much as possible with families.  If you don't receive a request from us please add us, E-Town Blues Rugby.

Scholarships
Etown Blues Rugby believes that rugby is a sport for everyone,
if your child wants to play and paying dues or buying equipment would be a hardship for your family,
please contact us, [email protected] so we can help.

and strategic thinking.

Our program aims to equip our young players with these essential skills, while also promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. We believe that rugby can benefit children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
