Spring season is fully underway as we enter the 4th week of games. We have not forgotten about our R&K Sub Fundraiser!
Please print the two-page order form attached to this email for subs and pretzel sandwiches to sell to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers. It’s a great quick dinner for those busy nights with practices and other events during the school year. There are also some NEW options on the menu!
We will have several drop off times at a variety of practice times and locations. Choose your location…
- Monday 5/6 –
o Alliance Church 5:30-6:15 -- Kristi
o Kraybill Mennonite Fields 6:30-7pm -- Kristi
- Tuesday 5/7** –
o Alliance Church – 5:30-6 – Kristi
o West Donegal Twp field 6:30-7pm – Kristi
o Masonic Patton Campus (IM) - 5:30-6:30pm – Amy / Jarrett Testerman
- Wednesday 5/8 –
o Masonic Patton Campus (IM) 5:30-6:00pm – Michaela
**We know that this is a Bear Creek band concert night and your child might not be at practice. Please choose another night to turn in sub papers or email use to coordinate a different time.
Please make note of the following:
· Checks - payable to Rheems AA when returning your forms. Do not make out checks to Elizabethtown United.
· On the memo line of the check, please write “Etown United Sub Sale”
· On Sub order form, please write your players name and a phone number to help us reach you if we have any questions or you are late arriving to pick up.
· Double check your numbers and math!
· All orders must be submitted through Etown United in order to receive the opt out fee refund
· No orders will be accepted after the deadline – 5/8.
Please note that the coaches are not collecting the money/forms.
Families with one player are asked to sell 15 or more items.
Families with multiple players are asked to sell 25 or more items. Please note that we do check to verify that the minimum amount has been sold and you will only receive a prorated refund.
Subs delivery date will be Thursday May 16th from 5:00-7:00pm, at West Donegal TWP pavilion (1 Municipal Drive, Elizabethtown PA).
As a reminder, there was a $30 opt-out fee paid during registration. However, if you participate in the Sub Sale, then you would get the $30 refunded.
