Sue Neff College Scholarship

Each year the North Allegheny Soccer Club (NASC) is authorized to provide scholarships to graduating seniors in recognition of their contribution to soccer and the Club.  The largest of these scholarships is the Sue Neff College Scholarship.  This scholarship is in honor of Sue Neff who served on the Board of NASC for 8 years, including two years as President.  Sue was instrumental in keeping NASC growing and moving forward.  This scholarship is recognition of her long and distinguished leadership role within the Club. Beginning in 2008, NASC has raised the total scholarship allotment to $3000.  The exact amount awarded per individual and the total number of awards will vary depending upon the number and quality of the applicants.    Criteria for selection will include academic rigor, QPA, soccer involvement, and NASC involvement (refereeing, coaching, playing, and/or any additional support to the Club).  For more information and to download an application, click here for PDF, or here to see Google Docs view to download as Word doc.

Our application deadline is March 15th.

PAWest offers the $2500 George Allen Scholarship awarded each spring. PAWest's application deadline is February 1st of each year.  We encourage all of our applicants to consider this as well.
