Will the changes to how teams are formed based on birth years effect your player?


First off....Let us say, we are all waiting on rules and directives from US Youth Soccer & Arkansas State Soccer Association for the 2016-2017 season.  There are many variables that will effect team formations, so rather than tell you incorrect information we will not finalize our plans for handling the transition until we have the rules going forward. 

Please note, the entire state and nation are all waiting for the same information.  We will all have to follow the same rules no matter what club or association players participate in.
