Arkansas United's Annual General Meeting
This Wednesday is our Annual General Meeting for the club, it will be held at the following:

We will present our Annual Report for all our membership, this will also be emailed to all registered accounts on Tuesday.

Welcome to all Westside YMCA players, families and coaches! We are proud to continue the legacy the YMCA has provided to Little Rock for the last 130 years. Our goal is to continue the traditions the YMCA has provided to all players of Recreational, Academy and Classic Programs as seamless as possible. United will meet and exceed your expectations for the fall season and seasons to come, we are committed to providing soccer to all players no matter skill level or age. Our mission is to find a match for every child and promote core values/life lessons though the beautiful game of soccer. We will be offering a discounted registration to all currently registered YMCA players for the Fall 2015 season. Players will continue to be able to play and practice at The Ranch and Henderson Middle School as well as utilize any of our facilities including our new park: Natural Steps in WLR. Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions you may have:
1) Can I still play with my friends? Answer: YES, upon registration you will be able to list your friends name that you want to play with.
2) Will I still get to play for my YMCA Coach? Answer: Yes, upon registration you can ask for your coach by name.
3) Will where I play games and practices change? Answer: No, you will be able to select which location you want to play. You will have more options of locations but you are not required to change.
4) Will my player still have the opportunity for Academy Development? Yes, we offer Academy Programs in WLR, Little Rock and Conway. The Program is a 3 day a week training sessions and weekend games lead by our licensed coaching staff.
5) I play Classic Soccer, do I have to tryout for a United team or can I stay on my WFA team? Answer: WFA Classic teams are welcome to continue to play together intact. You can continue with your teammates and coach as your prior team with the new United Uniforms

Our 2001 Boys Classic team were crowned Champions in the Red Earth Invitational this past weekend in NOKC. The boys finished at 3-1-0. The championship game went to shots from the mark after scoreless over times. The 01 team participated in a merged bracket of 14/15 ages. Congrats to the team!

Brittany Axford is coming back to UNITED!
We are excited to announce Brittany will be returning as our Academy Technical Director starting May 1, 2015. We look forward to welcoming Brittany back to the club, she will be working with our Academy boys and girls ages u9 thru u12. Brittany currently holds the highest coaching license given by USSF, an "A" License. She will be instrumental in Academy staff development and player curriculum to these ages as they grow into competitive players.
