Game 1 summary and OCSC game announcement

GU19 Parents,

It was great to see the girls back on the pitch after the winter break. The first few minutes of the game looked very promising. However, the final outcome was obviously not what we were hoping. While we have some technical skills and strategies we can work on during practice, we also need to do some team building and bonding to help bring the team together.

In addition, to team building exercises during practice, I have tickets for our players for the season opener of the Orange County Soccer Club. The game is next Saturday, Marcy 17, at the Great Park Soccer Stadium and is a special event for AYSO Area Q. The game begins at 7:00 PM and many of the Area Q soccer teams and players will be participating in on field experiences. I have tickets for all the players. Please confirm whether your daughter will be joining us at the game so I can account for all our tickets. It would also be great to have parents and family members join us. Our tickets are in section 12 and additional tickets may be purchased for parents and family members for the price of $15.00 each (use the link below for ticket purchases). When buying additional tickets, please be sure to use the Costa Mesa AYSO region link and enter our team information. The team which sells the most tickets get a special prize at the end of the game.
