UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT

Uniforms and Equipment

In-Town Uniform
The HYS in-town (Futures, Champions League, W5) league players are provided with a custom HYS jersey, each team has a
different color and multiple sizes are available.  Typically, during the first game day the team will gather with their coach and head over to the uniform station and collect their jerseys as a team.

There are no requirements for the socks and shorts but socks must cover shin pads.  Black are preferred but there is no requirement.  New jerseys will be provided every season for our in-town leagues.

There is no specific jersey for goalkeepers.

Travel Uniform
The HYS travel teams play in the CMYSL league, this league mandates that all players on a team have matching uniforms consisting of a numbered jersey, socks and shorts.  We have partnered with New Balance and Soccer.com as the provider of our travel uniforms. After you register and are placed on a team, you will receive an email from soccer.com with instructions and guidance for how to order your uniform.  Numbers are automatically assigned and  specific numbers can not be requested.

Our travel uniforms should last a minimum of 2 years, depending on the growth rate of the player.

Specific goalkeeper jerseys can be purchased but are not required by HYS or CMYSL.
