Salt Meadow Park is located at 1362 Boston Post Rd., Madison CT and will have fields #1-4
Exchange Fields and Strong Field are located at the Surf Club, 87 Surf Club Rd, Madison, CT and will have fields #5-10.
*note that Field #5 – Strong Turf is at the Surf Club, while the Exchange Fields are at the back of the Surf Club
