A: You can submit the registration form linked online to this site, then you will need to submit payment via Venmo @MadisonYouthSoccerClub or mail to MYSC; PO Box 4099; Madison, CT 06443. You will be required to submit a roster and waivers. You can email these to
[email protected]Q: How do I determine tournament standings?A: Tournament standings will be kept in a live document linked to this page. This page will notify teams if there are any special circumstances with scoring and determining points. All standings and points will be allotted based on the MIST tournament rules.
Q: How should I classify my team?
Competitive means Travel and Travel Rec means Recreational from a Town Soccer perspective.
So for example if you have a Colchester U13 Comp team. That should be listed as "Competitive" and then "1 2 or 3 depending on ability level"
If you have a U12 Travel Rec team, that should be listed as "Travel Rec" and then "1 2 or 3".
Q: How many games will my team play?
A: All teams play 4 games, 2 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday, within a block of several hours.
Q: Will there be food available at the fields?
A: Each site will have a food vendor. There are also plenty of food options in nearby downtown Madison.
Q: Do players receive trophies?
A: In each bracket of around 5 teams, there will be a winning team, and each member of the winning team will receive a trophy. There is also a special sportsmanship medal that is granted to a member of the opposition at the conclusion of each game.
