We strive at Steamboat Soccer Club to have a methodology and game model that is the foundation that connects our age groups, links learning and development across the age groups, and gives our teams a distinct style of play. We believe having some consistency or common bond between our teams will help with our objectives to develop the player as a whole. This allows our club to have a consistent message to our players, coaches, and parents at every age group, which supports our club's vision and mission. However, we do encourage our coaches to insert their personalities into their teams, which will give each team their own spark or identity.
